Welcome to T's Golf Lab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at tsgolflab.com and the products and services we provide. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
T's Golf Lab LLC ("T's Golf Lab," "we," "us," or "our") is a Washington limited liability company operating from Seattle, Washington.

Who We Are and What We Do
T's Golf Lab is a custom golf club builder and fitter based in Seattle, Washington. We sell custom-built iron sets, wedges, and putters built to your specifications; individual components (heads, shafts, grips); a nationwide Demo Program that lets you try heads and shafts before committing to a custom build; and reshafting, regripping, loft and lie adjustments, and other repair services. We also offer in-person and virtual fitting consultations. All custom work is performed by hand at our Seattle workshop.
Eligibility
To purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission), have a valid US shipping address in the lower 48 states, and be able to enter into a binding contract.
Ordering and Payment
All prices on our site are in US dollars and include the cost of components, custom labor, and quality control. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your order — it's a confirmation that we received it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case we'll refund any payment.
Custom builds typically take 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to shipping, depending on component availability and our current queue. We'll communicate the expected timeline at the time of order. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the lower 48 US states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Shipping is provided via carriers selected at our discretion (typically UPS or USPS). Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you when the package is delivered to the address you provided. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve.
Returns and Refunds
Custom builds
All custom builds — iron sets, wedges, putters, and custom assemblies — are final sale. Because each build is made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. If a build has a workmanship defect (something we did wrong), contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll repair or rebuild the affected club at no charge.
Stock components and accessories
If you ordered a component or accessory and it's still in its original packaging, unused and unaltered, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (less original shipping). Customer pays return shipping. Once a component has been installed or altered in any way, it becomes part of a custom build and the final-sale rule applies.
Demo Program
A Demo Deposit Invoice is issued at the time of order. Demos do not ship until the Demo Deposit Invoice is paid. The Demo Deposit covers the full retail value of the Demo items as security against non-return or damage.
The Demo Fee — the rental price of each Demo item shown at checkout — is non-refundable once the Demos ship. The Demo Deposit is refunded 100% when all Demo items are returned to us in acceptable condition (undamaged beyond reasonable wear, all components present, returned within the agreed window).
If you do not pay the Demo Deposit Invoice within 7 days of receiving the invoice via the email address on file, the Demo Fees you've already paid will be returned less a 4% transaction fee to cover our payment processor charges. We will attempt to contact you by email and phone before the 7-day deadline.
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all Demo orders. Customers are not charged for return shipping.
Repair and fitting services
We stand by our work for 30 days after service completion. If a reshaft, regrip, loft/lie adjustment, or other repair was not done correctly, contact us and we'll redo it at no charge. This warranty covers our workmanship only. Customer-supplied parts that fail are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; we'll help you process those claims. Once we ship a repair back to you, the work is considered accepted.
How to request a refund
Email travis@tsgolflab.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Warranties
We warrant our workmanship on custom builds and repairs for 30 days from delivery. If something we did is defective, we'll fix it free of charge. Component warranties (for heads, shafts, grips, and similar parts) are provided by the manufacturer, not by T's Golf Lab. We'll help you process manufacturer warranty claims.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Use of Our Site and the AI Fitter
You agree to use our site lawfully. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or harvest data from the site, interfere with the site's operation, impersonate any person, or use the site to send spam or malicious content.
The AI Fitting Assistant produces recommendations based on the information you provide. The recommendations are advisory and do not guarantee performance. We strongly recommend an in-person or virtual fitting consultation before placing a final custom order.
Intellectual Property
All content on our site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and the AI Fitter logic — is owned by T's Golf Lab LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the site (browsing, sharing links) is permitted.
The names and logos of brands we sell (Toura Golf, Epon, Srixon, KBS, TaylorMade, and others) are the property of their respective owners. We use them to identify and describe the products we offer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T's Golf Lab LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the products and services we provide will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service that is the subject of the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless T's Golf Lab LLC and its owners from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products or services.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products or services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing a lawsuit, please contact us first at travis@tsgolflab.com so we have a chance to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved that way.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
