How long does a custom build take?

Most builds ship in 2–3 weeks from order.

Do I need to come to Seattle for a fitting?

No. Most of our customers do not live in Seattle. The combination of the Demo Program and a 30–45 minute fitting consultation by phone or video gives you everything an in-person fitting would.

What if the build doesn't feel right?

Custom-built clubs aren't returnable, which is why the Demo Program exists. If something is genuinely off (a spec was missed, a shaft is wrong, etc.), we will make it right at no additional cost.

What brands do you build with?

Iron heads from Epon, Srixon, TaylorMade. Wedges from JP Camber, Toura, and TaylorMade. Shafts from Nippon, KBS, Dynamic Gold, and others on request. Putters by selection.

Do you ship internationally?

Demo Program is continental US only. Custom builds can ship internationally on request — contact us for a quote with shipping included.

Do you offer regripping or repair?

Yes — we regrip, re-shaft, and repair clubs we've built. Bring them to Seattle or ship them in. Pricing details available on request — email Travis directly.

Can I see the clubs in person before ordering?

Local to the PNW? Yes — by appointment, we can put real heads and shafts in your hands at the workshop in Seattle.
