T's Golf Lab LLC ("T's Golf Lab," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using tsgolflab.com or any of our services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use our site, and information you provide when you complete our AI Fitting Assistant.
Information you provide directly
When you purchase a build, fill out a contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, or book a fitting, you provide us with information such as your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, the contents of any messages you send us, and payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe — we do not see or store your card details.
Information collected automatically
When you browse our site, we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address and approximate location, browser type, operating system, the pages you visit, how long you stay, what you click, and the website that referred you. We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics to process this information. Both services have their own privacy policies.
Information from the AI Fitting Assistant
If you use our AI Fitter, we collect the answers you provide (skill level, typical miss, swing speed, goals, budget sensitivity, and similar details) along with the recommendation we generate. If you provide your email at the end of the flow, we link your answers to your email so we can follow up. You can complete the Fitter without providing your email — in that case, your responses are not linked to any identity.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to fulfill your orders and process payments, communicate with you about your order or fitting, send marketing emails about new products and promotions (only if you opt in), improve our products and services, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who We Share Your Information With
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business and only to the extent necessary to provide those services. These providers include Stripe (payment processing), MailerLite (newsletter and email marketing), Google Analytics (site analytics), Vercel (hosting and Web Analytics), Sanity (content management), and Cal.com (appointment scheduling). Each provider has its own privacy policy and is contractually limited to using your information only to provide services to us.
We may also share information when required by law, in response to lawful requests from government authorities, or to protect our rights and investigate fraud. If T's Golf Lab is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We'll notify you before that happens.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your email address and customer profile until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe from our list. We keep order records for as long as required by US tax and accounting law, which is generally seven years.
Your Rights
You have the right to access the information we have about you, correct inaccurate information, request that we delete your information (subject to legal exceptions like tax records), opt out of marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link), and withdraw consent to processing at any time. To exercise these rights, email travis@tsgolflab.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
California residents (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act: the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information we have collected from you, the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, email travis@tsgolflab.com. We do not require you to create an account to make a request.
EU and UK residents
We do not currently ship to the EU or UK and do not actively market there. If you visit our site from those regions, the protections above apply. The lawful basis for our processing is consent (for marketing emails), contract (for order fulfillment), and legitimate interest (for security and basic analytics).
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how people use the site. These include essential cookies (required for checkout to function), analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics), and we may add marketing cookies for retargeting in the future. Most browsers let you refuse or accept cookies through their settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
Children's Privacy
Our site and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please email travis@tsgolflab.com and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced via email to subscribers and/or a notice on the site.
